Tapping Has Begun for the 2015 Maple Season
We started tapping on February 20th, 2015.
It’s been a slow process since it’s either been storming, too much snow on the tree trunks or the temperature has been too cold to tap. Also there is a lot of snow in the woods, some lines are buried and it’s hard going on the snowshoes.
We should be finished tapping in early March if the weather cooperates.
